Security, i.e. payments security and data storage

We use Stripe a payment gateway following PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). Sensitive information is encrypt following socket layer (SSL) technology. This means your card data are never processed by us and are only processed by reliable payment processing company.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd party.

What data are we collecting and how are we using

We are collecting the data you give us when you are registering. For instance your name, address and other relevant data such as your age, your telephone number and so on. The list is not exhaustive and is subject to change from time to time.

We use these data to process your order and deliver the goods you purchased. We also use your data to communicate with you and send you what we think is relevant information, like if we organize an event next to you or if we believe you may like that specific top.

We may have to disclose your data to government affiliates is if we are legally required to do so.

We will not sell your data to anybody else. We love you too much for that. But we may share them with any other company that Catalyst Activewear is partnering with. You will be given the option to opt-out of communication at every instance.
