I have a question about my order, who should I contact?
Email us at hello@catalyst-activewear or call us at 0845 604 2045 if you are in the UK. It’s the cost of a local call. We’re nice and we have a French accent. It’s true.
Are my card details safe?
Your details are totally safe. We use Stripe, a leader in on-line payments, meeting all PCI-DSS requirements.No sensitive data transits through our server
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment provider and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How long does it take to ship my parcel?
Your parcel should be dispatched in less than 24 hours and reach you in three working days, or even less, if you live in the UK. This may take up to five working days in the European Union and no more than ten working days to the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! At the moment we deliver to the UK, the European Union and the United States. If you live outside of theses areas, email us at email@example.com to arrange a delivery.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our studio in London, United Kingdom.
How do I refer friends?
It’s easy as A,B,C. A) Got to the Invite page and start sharing. B) You’ll receive an email when your friends purchase from Catalyst using their referral code (and get a discount!) C) At the end of the return period, your store credit will be automatically added to your account.
How do I add a promotion code?
You’ve got one? Lucky you! You will be able to add it at the check-out stage. However you cannot use a promotion code in conjunction with store credits, such as a Gift Card or a Referral code.
How do I buy / redeem a Gift Certificate?
You will find our Digital Gift Cards in the ‘Apparel’ section. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive two emails: your order confirmation and a copy of the gift certificate that will be sent to the lucky recipient. Gift card sales are definitive and cannot be refunded. You cannot use a referral code in conjunction with a Gift Card.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Once we receive your garment, we will do a quick check on it. Then, if everything is ok, it should not take more than three days for your funds to hit back your account. For an exchange, the usual delivery times applies.
How do I make a return for an exchange or refund?
You can find the form in the ‘My orders’ section of your dashboard. A quick try is of course fine however we only accept unworn and unwashed returns, with all their original tags. The return address is Catalyst Activewear 118 Asylum Road, SE15 2LW, London. For your peace of mind, it is better to return your items and retain the Certificate of Posting or record the delivery.
What is Catalyst’s return policy?
From the receipt of your parcel, you have 14 calendar days to return your purchase to us for a refund or an exchange.
How can I try?
We’re still developing our network of partner studios. If your favourite place is not stocking us yet, email us their name and address at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get in touch with them. If you are in London, you can pop into our showroom.
How does Catalyst clothing usually fit?
